Chia Pudding recipe

Ingredients (serves 1-2):

  • ½ cup almond milk
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ¼ teaspoon cinnamon powder
  • 1 teaspoon maple syrup (adjust to taste)
  • ½ banana, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons Canela Granola

Instructions:

  1. In a jar or bowl, mix the almond milk with chia seeds, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and maple syrup.
  2. Stir well to ensure the chia seeds don’t clump together.
  3. Let the mixture sit in the fridge for at least 3 hours or overnight until it thickens into a creamy texture.
  4. Before serving, stir again and add banana slices.
  5. Top it off with a crunchy touch of Canela Granola.
  6. Enjoy a delicious and healthy breakfast or snack!
